CITIZENSHIP
A valid United States passport is required and must be valid 9 months from the scheduled return date.
Your passport must be valid until at least November 2026.

TRANSFERS
There are several options for getting to the Port of New Orleans.
1 - Self-Drive and Self-Park at the Pier. Pricing and additional info: PORT NOLA
2 - TAXI: Fly into New Orleans utilize a taxi service. Estimated Cost: $85 each way.
3 - CARNIVAL TRANSFER: Carnival offers a transfer option from the airport for $40 each way.
** These transfer need to be booked at least 30 days prior to departure.

GROUP DINING TIME
Our scheduled group dining time is 6:00PM each night.
On the first night, please sit at your assigned table. Seating can be changed after the first night.

NOT INCLUDED
Transfers to the ship (to/from the airport or hotel), personal purchases, shore excursions,
tipping/gratuities, travel insurance, alcohol or soda.

TIPPING / GRATUITIES
The cruise ship is a “cashless” society. To make the tipping process easier, the cruise line will
automatically add $112 (per person) to your onboard account. If everything is good, the cruise line will
use this money to tip everyone involved in your vacation experience. The amount is totally to your
discretion. If you would like to increase or decrease the amount – it’s up to you. Also, if you would like to
target a special staff member because of outstanding service, you are welcome to secure a tipping
envelope from the purser’s desk.

AIRFARE
If you are flying into New Orleans for this cruise, please arrive no later than
11:30AM on January 25, 2026 and leave no earlier than 3:00PM on February 1, 2026.
We suggest staying the day before and the day after, just to ensure your flight is not missed.

NOTICE
This is a closed group. Only those who book with Themes & Dreams Travel will be admitted to our performances. Please book with Themes & Dreams Travel to get the most out of this group trip!

PAYMENTS
A fully refundable* deposit of $350 per person holds your space and is due at the time of booking.
Final payment is due on or before Monday, October 20, 2025.
*On October 20, 2025, Carnival Cruises will begin charging a fee for cancelations.

Space for "Dinner with a Burlesque Performer" is VERY LIMITED. A tax-deductible donation to Veteran Strong America is required. The minimum donation is $300 and includes dinner for one person and the performer. Additional guests are welcome with an additional minimum donation of $100 per person.

WELL…here is your chance to have dinner with one of our beautiful dancers and help a nonprofit that feeds, houses, and assists homeless Veterans at the same time.

 

How does it work?

  • Choose which night of the cruise you would like to have a private dinner with one of our performers.

  • Choose which of the specialty dining venues you would like.

 

  • The Steakhouse

  • The Chef’s Table

  • Seafood Shack

 

  • Make a tax-deductible-minimum donation of $300 to Veteran Strong America and you are ready. With your $300 donation, our performer and one person will be covered for dinner. If you would like to add a third person, we ask for a $400 donation and adding a fourth a $500 donation.

 

We have a VERY LIMITED number of spaces available and these performer dinners book quickly so, act right away!

Citizenship

A valid U.S. passport is required! Please check the expiration date of your passport as it needs to be valid 9 months from your scheduled return date.

That means your passport needs to be valid until October 2025.

Transfers

There are several options regarding arriving at and departing from the Port of Tampa.

1st…you can self-drive and park at the pier.  Check with the Port of Tampa website for rates.

2nd…You can use a taxi from the airport to the port.  One way is roughly $85.

3rd…Carnival offers transfers. To/From Tampa is $35 per person – one way.

These transfers need to be booked at least 30 days prior to departure.
